december in just a moment

at the end of this year
a collage of december moods
that reach into the past
in just a moment:

solstice
city lights -

the void,
stars, souls and me
-- was that life yours?

- december '07 / december '05

happy holidays~
.

four twenty

.
and i wake up
and here is spring
stately and playful
like a kitten archbishop
cauled in spicy smoke
fragrant and full
of the promise of
future heat.
