BluePrintReview nominations: Pushcart

October brought a first reflection of the year with the BluePrintreview Sundress nominations. A month later, it was time for the Pushcart letter. Again, such a task, but also so beautiful to revisit the previous issues, and to be able to put a letter together that starts with the words "It's a pleasure to nominate the following texts.."

Pushcart Prize - Nominations 2011

The Peppermint Bottle
creative non-fiction by Sherry O’Keefe

I’m on a Boat
creative non-fiction by Jessie Carty

The Dare

Smoking

The House Made of Brambles

Cross-Section of my Day / Comfort
a collaborative work of fiction &

Congratulations - and thanks to all contributors and all readers for making BluePrintReview what it is.

I find myself astonished to be included in this group of fine writers and from one of my favorite publications. Thank you so much for the recognition of my adolescent memory tale. Congrats and best to all.
